Orders are generally processed within 48 hours. After dispatch, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days. An adult signature is required at delivery.

Standard shipping is available to eligible street addresses in the contiguous United States. PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, freight forwarders, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are currently excluded.

Unopened items may be returned within 30 days in their original sealed packaging. Approved opened, like-new returns may have a 20% restocking fee. Return authorization is required.
