Shipping Availability

OSMOCAM currently ships only to valid street addresses within the contiguous United States, also known as the lower 48 states.

We currently do not ship to the following locations:

• Hawaii
• Alaska
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Northern Mariana Islands
• Palau
• Federated States of Micronesia
• Marshall Islands

We are also unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO addresses, FPO addresses, DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

If your location is not listed as an eligible shipping destination, you may contact us at sales@osmocam.com before placing an order. We will let you know whether another shipping arrangement is available.

Order Processing and Delivery Estimates

There is no daily order cutoff time. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 hours after they are placed.

After an order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally 3-5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing or delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, strikes, supply-chain interruptions, or other unforeseen events.

Free Standard Shipping

Free standard shipping is available for eligible orders delivered to valid street addresses within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Free standard shipping applies to the original delivery of an eligible order. It does not cover return shipping, repeated delivery, address-correction charges, or additional shipping costs caused by a refused or undeliverable package.

Adult Signature Required

All deliveries require an in-person signature from an adult at the delivery address.

Please make sure an adult is available to receive the package on the scheduled delivery date. If no eligible recipient is available and the package is returned to us, the order may be treated as a refused or undeliverable package.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, cannot be accepted because no adult is available to sign for it, or is returned because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the actual outbound and return-shipping costs incurred by OSMOCAM.

After the returned package has been received and inspected, we may issue a refund to the original payment method for the product price, less any actual return-shipping, handling, address-correction, or other costs incurred, where permitted by applicable law.

These deductions may apply even though the original order received free standard shipping.

This section does not apply when a package is confirmed to have been damaged during transit or when the wrong item was shipped by OSMOCAM.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at sales@osmocam.com as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the actual outbound and return-shipping costs may be deducted from any refund. Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please take clear photographs of the package and product, retain all packaging materials, and contact us promptly at sales@osmocam.com.

Please do not refuse a damaged package unless instructed by the carrier or required for safety reasons. We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate next steps.
